Just a sneeky peek at what is to come…

Been kinda busy with life, so I haven’t gotten a chance to complete my “Details” post… Plus, I found out that I have more detailed pics coming to me from one of our guests and I definitely want to post those.
So that’s what holding me up. I should get the disc on the 29th, when I/we return from Victoria.
So if you read my twitter feed, you know that I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new phone. I bit the bullet and purchased an iPhone! And yup… you guessed it, her name is Precious 3.0! Why 3.0? Well her namesake is my 1st born:

That’s right dawg, It’s my husband’s birthday today! Unforch, he’s still away in Victoria B.C. doing his Navy thing… for second year in a row

… and Happy Canada Day to my fellow Canucks!
We are planning a surprise party for my pops and it’s slated to go down this Saturday July 4th. I’ve been planning the party for over a month and a half and I’m so glad we are almost there. My only main concern is the music. There’s going to be a mix of old and young at the party… pretty much the same range of people who attended my wedding, but on a smaller scale. We’re expecting 40+ peeps to the house. Anyways, we are gonna play music that my dad likes (read: old people music) I’m just playin’ he always smiles when I say that.
We’re having a get together for both sides of the family on Sunday, so I’ll be really busy today. I wanna start the day out with a NICE long workout… in preparation for all the food I’m gonna eat. Mmmm.
Anywho, here is a pic of a cupcake my director gave me the other day. I was do tempted to eat it but I wanted to take a picture. It got a little bruised en route, but what can you do? It’s actually a carrot cake and soo yummy. Which reminds me, I have to get a cake from Lamanna’s or my brother will never forgive me.
